The first stop of the team building was Qingyuan Bijia Mountain Ecological Scenic Area, a national AAA-level scenic spot. This original ecological secret place, only 7 kilometers away from the urban area, is famous for Qiangu Stream exploration and Jiuchong Waterfall. Trekking up the 3.5-kilometer-long valley stream, team members joined hands to challenge adventure projects such as floating bridges and iron cable bridges, offered suggestions to each other at the "Leap the Milky Way" checkpoint, and supported each other while climbing the steep sky ladder. The 208-meter-high Jiuchong Waterfall cascaded like a silver river, and with the mist brushing against their faces, the hustle and bustle of the city was replaced by the gurgling stream and birds chirping in the forest. Everyone stopped to take photos and enjoy the healing power of the natural oxygen bar. "We usually work side by side in the workshop, and today we tackled challenges together in the mountains and rivers. I feel much closer to my colleagues," said Master Li from the engineering department with a smile.
Friendship Nurtured Over Bonfire and Barbecue, Uniting for a New Journey
As dusk fell, the aroma of barbecue wafted from the campsite. Everyone divided the work: some flipped skewers and prepared sauces, others arranged meals and drinks. Smiles were particularly warm under the glow of the charcoal fire. From technical problems at work to interesting stories in life, sharing and laughter drifted with the smoke. When the bonfire was lit, all staff joined hands in a circle and danced to the music, pushing the atmosphere to a climax.
This team building activity allowed employees to forge rapport during the natural adventure and deepen friendships around the bonfire.
